Fort Hunt Sportsmen Relay Carnival
On the Wednesday evening following the first Dual Meet, the Fort Hunt Sportsmens Swim Relay Carnival is held. About a dozen Mount Vernon area teams gather at a nearby pool for a fun meet featuring unconventional relays: mixed age, mixed gender, a backstroke relay! The meet concludes with a Coach’s relay. Swimmer selection is made by the Head Coach, and traditionally the Gators have tried to include swimmers who do not routinely attend Dual Meets. This meet is scored and consists of only relays. This meet is hosted by a Mount Vernon area pool.
